Many of our guests enjoy coming here so much, they book the
same week each year, others fly down for a week on a whim.
Winter or Summer, you have a second home here in Sunset Beach.

RATEScondo

Rates:
• (December 16 – January 15) $1,300/week
• (January 16 – April 30) $1,400/week
• (May 1 – December 15) $1,100/week
• An additional 12% Florida Sales Tax applies to all rates.
• Four-week consecutive rentals receive 10% discount on above rates.

Security Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
A $500 Security Deposit is required and will be returned within
30 days after stay, if unused. 60 days prior notice is required to
cancel reservation and receive full Security Deposit refund.
